Pour black bean sauce into a bowl and set aside. |

Fill two pots with water. |
 |
On high heat, bring water to a boil. |
 |
Cook noodles for approx. 2 mins. |

Drain well. |

Heat wok on high and evenly coat bottom with canola oil. |

Place noodles in wok and toss/loosen briefly. |

Pour black bean sauce on top of noodles. |
